Q: Is FlyingBit Password Keeper really free?

A: Yes, FlyingBit Password Keeper is completely free software.
You are free to use this program for personal, commercial, or educational purposes,
including installing it on as many different computers as you wish. For more information
please see Password Keeper license.

Q: I lost my master password. Can you help me?

A: If you loose or forget your master password, your passwords database are lost.
There is no back-door or masterkey into FlyingBit Password Keeper.

Q: Does FlyingBit Password Keeper have any adware or spyware?

A: No. FlyingBit Password Keeper does not include any spyware or adware.

Q: Is this freeware a multi-user product?

A: At this moment Password Keeper does not support multi-user workflow, we are
thinking of adding this feature in future.

Q: How do I report bugs on FlyingBit Password Keeper?

A: Please use e-mail from “About” dialog box, or fill a contact form on our website.

Q: I’m having difficulty using the AutoFill function. When attempting to enter Login and passwords fields, Password Keeper drops some letters.

A: Try to increase the auto-type timeout. You can set this timeout in the “Settings” window on “Auto-fill” page. Default value of this option is set to 20 ms. If you are using version 1.3 or later, also try to set the “Fill items through the clipboard” check-box.

Q: Can I update to the new version without having to re-enter my information?

A: Yes, when you uninstall previous version of Password Keeper, will be removed only executable file, database files and settings remain intact.
